This fantastic complex is right in the heart of the beautiful town of Balchik. On-site facilities include, 4 restaurants,swimming pool, tennis court,games room, laundry room,internet access, office to book excursions,the first 2 levels will have almost 50 shops and with 3 ''signature'' links Golf courses almost completed within a few kilometres and with the kingpin of this project about to be undertaken'' Balchik Yacht Marina'' the largest yacht marina on the Black sea coast, this will soon become an exclusive resort.
This Studio apartment can accomodate 3 people, 2 single beds and an armchair/sofabed. we also have a foldaway cot. facilities: hob,cooker,washing machine, satalite T.V.,microwave, fridge/freezer,air con, central heating.

BEACHES: Beaches (Albena , best beach in Bulgaria, 5 mins away), water sports Diving, The famous Botanical gardens is only a short walk from the apartment, you can charter boat's from the existing marina, for fishing, trips along the coast, dolphin sightings, or just for picnics and snorkelling off the coast.
There are some wonderful restaurants , all just a short walk from the complex, Varna is only a 30 min drive, there you have the zoo, Dolphinarium, natural /history museums and a lovely city centre.
FLIGHTS/TRANSFERS: We are affiliate members of of the Flight Charter Centre so please use our flight search/booking enquiry service above. On arrival at Varna international Airport, we can arrange for your transfer to your accommodation in Balchik. we use a fantastic driver called Peter, who is prompt, curtious and reliable, also available for day trips/excursions etc.
BIRDWATCHING: We can arrange birdwatching trips for groups (1-6) , excursions to some of Bulgaria's best birding location from coastal site's to the fantastic wetlands at Lake Durankulak, we would thoroughly recommend the service's of one of the Birdguides we use ( see links). contact us with your requirements as tailor made trips are easily arranged.
DIVING: Bulgaria's coast offers fantastic diving opportunities, from the numerous wreck sites, to the sunken Roman port at a depth of 10 metres, approx 40 km north of Varna, again we can arrange diving trips for both novice and experienced divers. contact us with your requirements.
